Welcome to a guided tour of the exhibition Cindy Ji Hye Kim: Sand in the Hourglass.
In her practice, Kim explores memories and the fabrication of personal narratives through image-making. She reimagines and repeats memories in order to create a story in itself, unpicking the symbols that sanctify moments of life. Ultimately, Kim seems to ask why and how the stories of others are used to make sense of our own narrative and of where we belong.
The tour will be conducted in Norwegian.
